To generate real media impact around the opening of Zebra Technologies' new supply center in Querétaro, we designed an exclusive experience for technology, industry, logistics, and business media. Rather than simply announcing the news, we wanted attendees to experience the scale of the investment firsthand — touring the facility, speaking directly with company spokespeople, and understanding the strategic impact of the new operation on the region's economic and logistics development.

The day included a press conference, an official inauguration with government authorities and Zebra executives, and a guided plant tour that produced high-value visual content for media. The experience closed with a networking brunch and a personalized gift with QR-code access to a digital press kit — streamlining journalists' work and strengthening relationships with key media contacts.
